ORANGE KISS ME CAKE 
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. orange (reserve juice for topping and grind rind and pulp with raisins)
1 c. milk
1 c. raisins, ground

Sift together flour, soda and salt. Cream shortening and sugar. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Add ground orange and raisins. Add milk and dry ingredients alternately to creamed mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Blend thoroughly after each addition (use low-speed electric mixer). Pour into well-greased and lightly floured 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

Drip orange juice (about 1/3 cup saved after grinding the orange) over warm cake. Sprinkle with the topping and decorate with orange slices.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Blend all together.
