ALL-BRAN WITH EXTRA FIBER MUFFINS | |
1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. baking powder 2 c. Kellogg's all-bran with extra fiber 1 1/4 c. milk 1 egg 1/4 c. vegetable oil Stir together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine all-bran cereal and milk. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil; mix well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 lightly greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins at 150 calories per muffin. |
