DEVILED BEEF PATTIES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Mix all well. Shape into 4 patties. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or barbecue 6 inches above hot coals for 10 to 12 minutes on each side, until well browned and to desired doneness. Serve on plain toasted 1/2 hamburger bun. Top with cherry tomatoes and onion rings. Makes 4 servings. Exchange: 3 meat and 1 bread exchange.
