SCALLOPED RHUBARB 
2 c. diced rhubarb, 1" pieces
3 c. cubed stale bread (no crusts)
1 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
Fruit coloring (opt.)

Add bread to melted butter; mix well. Add sugar and rhubarb and mix well. Put in oblong greased pan. Add 1 tablespoon water in each corner of pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 6.
