CHICKEN EDEN ISLE 
8 chicken breasts (boned)
8 bacon slices
Sm. pkg. of dried beef
2 cans of either cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
3 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Pepper but do not salt chicken breasts. Wrap each in a slice of bacon. Place a layer of dried beef in the bottom of a baking dish, and arrange the bacon- wrapped chicken on top. Combine soup, cream cheese and sour cream, pour over chicken. Cover tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice or noodles.
