1 lb. pot dry cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1 c. milk

Mix cottage cheese with cornstarch, sugar, salt, and eggs, then add milk. Make pastry shell and put into 8 1/2 x 11 cake pan. Pour mixture into unbaked pastry shell. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees than 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
