PAT'S EGGS BENEDICT 
English muffins
Eggs
Boiling water
Ham or Canadian bacon or even bacon

Butter English muffins and toast in oven. Boil water in skillet and drop eggs into water and cook until white on top. Cook meat in another skillet at same time. If you time this right, all should be done at the same time. I've done this for a group of 15 - it can be done!

Put muffin on plate, place meat on muffin, then an egg then top off with Hollandaise sauce. Garnish with 2 slices of black olives (one on each egg and sauce). Use as much eggs and muffins as people eating.
