PEPPERMINT BARK | |
1 lb. white chocolate 1/2 c. crushed peppermint sticks 2 drops peppermint oil Melt chocolate in double boiler. Mix with other ingredients. Pour on shiny side of foil on cookie sheet. Freeze 5 minutes and break into irregular pieces. Yields: 1 pound. |
