1 lb. white flour 4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. shortening 4 eggs 1/2 c. water Chicken or beef broth Mix all ingredients except broth and knead together. Roll thin on floured board or counter. Cut into small squares and let set for 30- 45 minutes. Cook in boiling chicken or beef broth a few at a time, letting simmer for 15-20 minutes. |
