POLISH DRUMSTICK TORTE 
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
2/3 c. crushed peanuts
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 sm. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Chopped peanuts and mini chocolate chips

Mix together vanilla wafers, 2/3 cup peanuts, butter. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese with peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread onto cool crust. Mix the pudding with milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. When set top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped peanut and a few mini chocolate chips.
