POPCORN BALLS 
1 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
4 quarts popped corn (16 c.)

Boil syrup, sugar and cream of tartar until soft ball in cold water. Add butter and soda. Pour mixture over popped corn. Form into balls.
