BEEF HASH 
2 c. chopped beef, not ground
3 c. chopped cooked potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. onion seasoning
1/2 c. evaporated milk or cream
Fat

Combine ingredients. Heat fat in a heavy skillet; add beef and potato mixture and cook over moderate heat until browned on the under side. Fold as an omelet and slip onto heated platter. Garnish with parsley.
