BLACK EYED PEA SALAD | |
2 c. black eyed peas, drained or 2 c. cooked dried peas 1 sm. jar pimentos, drained 1 c. fried bacon or less (can use Bacos) 1/3 c. chopped onions 1/3 c. chopped bell pepper 1/3 c. Ranch Dressing 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish, drained Optional: Canned mushrooms, drained; garlic salt, chopped pickle rather than relish Mix ingredients and put in colander over a pan in refrigerator to chill several hours and drain. (Salt and pepper to taste.) |
