PISTACHIO SALAD 
2 sm. boxes dry instant pistachio pudding
1 lg. can pineapple, crushed, not drained
1 lg. container cottage cheese
1 med. container Cool Whip
1 c. nuts (optional)

Mix dry pistachio pudding with crushed pineapple. Add cottage cheese, mix together. Add Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate and serve 24 hours later.
