MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil (plus additional oil for frying)
2 garlic cloves, chopped very fine
1 onion, minced

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Let stand 1/2 hour. Shape into meatballs. Fry gently in olive oil or place meatballs on tin foil on a cookie sheet and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Place meatballs in your own spaghetti sauce or I use 1/2 of this recipe for the meatballs in my wedding soup.
