BELGIAN WAFFLES 
4 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Beat egg yolks until very light. Add vanilla and butter. Combine flour and salt; add with milk to egg mixture. Beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Bake on hot waffle iron.
