BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
16 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bag egg noodles

Brown beef and drain. Stir in garlic, oregano, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer while cooking egg, noodles according to package directions. When noodles are done, drain and stir in sour cream.

In greased baking dish, layer noodle mixture, sauce and cheese until dish is full. End with a layer of cheese on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Serves 4-6.
