CHICKEN DUMPLINGS 
1 chicken
1 can chicken broth
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. buttermilk

Boil chicken until tender, take chicken off bones and set aside. Add can of chicken broth to the water chicken was boiled in. Mix rest of ingredients and roll flat, cut into 1 1/2 inch squares, drop into boiling broth, cook for a few minutes, stirring often until dough is cooked, add chicken. Simmer until chicken is warm again.
