BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 onion, minced
1 1/2 stalks celery
1 reg.-size (10 oz.) can of mushroom soup
1 can button mushrooms

Brown meat, onion and celery. Add mushroom soup diluted with 3 1/2 ounces of water. Add button mushrooms. Simmer for 1 hour. Ten minutes before serving, add 1/2 cup sour cream. Serve over noodles, rice or Chinese noodles. Serves 4.
