PUMPKIN CAKE ROLL 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat eggs on high speed of mixer for 5 minutes, gradually beat in sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and salt. Pour into other mixture and mix slowly grease cookie sheet and also flour it. Bake at 375 degrees.
