QUICK ENERGY GORP 
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. cashews or peanuts
1/2 c. M&M'S®
1/2 c. chopped, dried apricots or dates
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. chopped, dried apple slices
1 c. granola

Mix ingredients in large bowl. Divide into several plastic bags. Makes 4 cups.
