CHINESE CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. cooked celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked rice
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. corn flakes

Cook chicken, pick off bone - saute onion and celery in oil. Add chicken soup and mayonnaise; heat until warm. Pour in casserole dish and add chopped chicken, rice and water chestnuts. Mix well. Crush corn flakes.
