MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
6 packets sugar substitute
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a 2-quart micro-proof dish, stir together milk and cornstarch until cornstarch dissolves completely. Stir in sugar, sugar substitute, cocoa and salt. Cook at 100% power (high), stirring several times, 6 minutes or until thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour in serving dish or dishes, cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Makes 5 1/2 cup servings. 125 calories per serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
