EASY RICE PUDDING (MICROWAVE) 
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla pudding & pie filling
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. quick cooking rice

In 4 cup glass measure or casserole combine all ingredients. Cook, uncovered 6 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring occasionally during last half of cooking time. Serve warm or cool. 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
