MEXICAN SALAD 
1 can Ranch style beans, rinsed in colander
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped fine
1 head lettuce
1 med. pkg. Fritos
1 (12 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
Ground taco meat (optional)

Wash, dry, tear lettuce into large bowl. Add Fritos and 1/4 Catalina; mix well. In another bowl stir together beans, cheese, onion, tomatoes and remainder (3/4) Catalina. Add this mixture to lettuce and Fritos in large bowl.
