ZESTY MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. ground lean steak
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 env. chili mix
1/2 c. water
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
Melted butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or peanuts

Brown beef in salad oil. Add chili mix, water, tomatoes, and beans and place in a shallow 3 quart baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring once. Put biscuits on top of meat mixture; brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle top with chopped nuts. Bake according to directions on biscuit package. Yields 4 servings.
