CHICKEN/TURKEY CORN CASSEROLE 
1/8 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and diced
12 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs

Melt butter in 8 inch square casserole dish. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and onion. Add broth and microwave on high until thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir. Mix in chicken, corn and cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Microwave 10 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
