CLAM DIP 
1 (7 oz.) can clams
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 oz. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Drain clams, saving broth. Put onions, clams, 2 tablespoons broth, seasonings, and cream cheese in blender. Blend until smooth. Chill dip.
