CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/3 c. milk
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat cream cheese, milk and chocolate over low heat, stir until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve over poached pears or ice cream. 2 cups. NOTE: This sauce may be refrigerated and then reheated.
