CORN MEAL MUSH 
2 c. corn meal
2 1/2 qt. water
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour

Put all ingredients into kettle. Bring to boiling point and simmer 15 minutes. Serve hot with milk and a dab of butter on each serving or pour into bread pans. Refrigerate. Slice 1/2 inch thick and fry.
