NO PEEKY STEW | |
1 lb. stew meat 1 jar sliced mushrooms 11 oz. ginger ale Rice or noodles, cooked 1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix 1 can Golden mushroom soup Salt and pepper to taste Put stew meat on bottom of Dutch oven or casserole dish. Salt and pepper meat. Spread soup over meat. Spread mushrooms over soup, then sprinkle over all the envelope of Lipton's soup mix. Pour ginger ale over all. Seal tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. DON'T PEEK! Serve over rice or noodles. |
