LIME SALAD 
1 box vanilla wafers
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. can evaporated milk, well chilled
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. lime Jello mixture

Enjoy eating about 12-15 of the vanilla wafers, and crush remainder of box under rolling pin. Combine with butter, cinnamon and sugar. Line bottom of large flat dish, patting down crumb mixture with glass.

Dissolve lime Jello into 1/2 cup boiling water and allow to cool. Beat evaporated milk in large bowl until stiff. Slowly add sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 cup of the cooled lime Jello mixture.

Pour into large glass dish over crumb bottom and chill in refrigerator overnight.
