ITALIAN PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
5 med. potatoes
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 lb. can green beans
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper
1 lb. fresh mushrooms

Clean and pare your potatoes. Wash mushrooms and leave whole, slice onion and pepper, then cut up your tomatoes and place them in a bowl.

Put your pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish lined with olive oil on the bottom. Then put your potatoes, onion, pepper, mushrooms on top then add your tomatoes. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.

Bake 50 minutes. Take out of the oven. Add your green beans, then put it back in the oven for 10 minutes. Leave uncovered for the last 10 minutes.

Dinner is served, all in one dish! You also can use 2 pounds fresh fish, instead of the pork chops.
