2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together sugar, oil, and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture. Add remaining ingredients and pour into greased and floured large baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
