SANDIE'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4-6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
Minute Rice, enough for your family
Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown and fry cut up chicken breasts. Prepare rice as directed on box. Blend soup and milk together; season to your taste. Begin layering your meal with rice, chicken, 1/2 soup mixture; repeat layering one more time. End with cheese on top. Put in moderate oven long enough to only warm the dish and melt the cheese.
