PINK ARTIC FREEZE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can (16 oz.) jelled cranberry sauce (squashed)
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Stir in mayonnaise. Fold in cranberry sauce, pineapple, nuts and whipped cream. Turn into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm. Cut into slices. Serve on lettuce.
