PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES 
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 bag small peanut butter cups

Cream together granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter. Then add rest of ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls and place in tart tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and press small peanut butter cups in center of tart. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from tart tin and place on cookie sheet to cool.
