CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 1/2 c. broccoli cuts
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
3 oz. can French fried onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. In 2 quart casserole combine soup, sour cream and salt. Stir in rice, chicken and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with onions and bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until onions are deep golden brown.
