BUBBLE BREAD | |
2 loaves yeast bread dough 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 stick butter, melted Pecans, chopped Use any yeast bread dough. Frozen bread dough works very well. Let thaw. Knead well. Grease a Bundt or Angel Food cake pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Pinch off dough the size of a walnut. Roll in melted butter, then in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place in layers until all dough is used. Sprinkle chopped pecans over each layer. Pour melted butter and sugar over top, if any remains. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cool on plate for 5 minutes. Invert pan on plate. Rolls will easily tear apart to serve. |
