ANGEL CREAM PIE 
1 c. milk
1/8 c. cornstarch
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. gelatin
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. batter
1 c. whipped cream

CORN FLAKE CRUST:

5 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix together milk, sugar, cornstarch and salt and cook until smooth and thick. Add 3 well beaten egg yolks and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add gelatin dissolved in water, vanilla and butter. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and pour into corn flake crust and chill.

CRUST: Crush corn flakes and combine with melted butter and sugar. Pat into pan. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.
