CATHY'S LOWER CHOLESTEROL MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
1/2 (500 g.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cook 1 c. low-fat yogurt 2 cans (1/2 calorie) cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. skim milk 1/4 c. chopped pimentos and juice 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese Black pepper Cook in microwave before mixing in. Mix cooked macaroni with remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. |
