CHICKEN BREASTS WITH DRIED BEEF 
2 jars dried beef
8 whole chicken breasts, boned
8 slices bacon
1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
1 1/2 cartons sour cream
Paprika

Line large flat 2-3 quart casserole with dried beef. Place in oven to dry out beef. Roll each chicken breast and wrap with slice of bacon. Place chicken on top of beef. Combine soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover casserole with foil and bake 3 hours or more in 300 degree oven. Remove foil for last 1/2 hour to brown. Do not cook too fast or sauce will boil away. Good for luncheons. Serves 8. Variation: Add 2 tablespoons sherry to soup mixture.
