1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
10 oz. frozen spinach
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Thaw and drain water from spinach. Mix all ingredients and shape into desired size. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
