PEANUT BUTTER PIE (DIET) 
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2 1/2 c. liquid non fat milk
1 (6 oz.) reduced calorie instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
1 c. non dairy whipped topping. thawed
1 (9") graham cracker pie crust

In small saucepan sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1 cup milk. Let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. COOL COMPLETELY. Whip all milk that's left into peanut butter. Gradually add pudding mix and gelatin mix. Whip. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie crust. Chill 1 to 2 hours. 50 calories per slice.
