CHICKEN 
Chicken
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup (low sodium, optional)
1 c. mayonnaise (low-cal/lowfat, optional)
1 c. grated American cheese (low-cal/lowfat, optional)
1/3 c. lemon juice

Boil chicken, then debone and save juice. Arrange chicken and broccoli in baking dish. Mix in bowl 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup lemon juice. Salt and pepper. Pour over casserole 1 cup grated American cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Easy! Quick!
