1 chicken, cut up
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion or slice 1/2 an onion
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 bunch broccoli, freshly cooked & drained
1 can peach halves
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Grated cheese
Salt & pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside. Melt butter and add onions. Saute. Stir in paprika. Put chicken in baking dish. Pour butter mixture over the chicken and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 35-45 minutes in 375 degree oven.

When chicken is ready, put the broccoli and peaches in the pan with the meat. Arrange well. Mix sour cream with the mayonnaise and spoon over all! Sprinkle with cheese. Put low in oven and broil 6-8 minutes.
