MAPLE PEANUT MOUSSE 
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 1/2 c. heavy cream

Beat peanut butter and maple syrup together until of smooth consistency. Beat in cream and pour into ice cube tray. Freeze, stirring once during the first part of freezing. Yield: 1 deep ice cube tray. 4 to 6 servings.
