MOM'S LOBSTER CASSEROLE 
Make white sauce with:

2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour

Grease casserole dish.

Add:

2 beaten eggs
Pepper
Little salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Add:

2 c. cut up lobster
About 2 c. fresh cubed bread

Pour white sauce into dish and mix well. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.

To increase do 1 1/2 the white sauce and bread.

I usually fry the cut up lobster in butter for a few minutes to add flavor.
