2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, melted

Press into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees until tan in color. Let cool completely.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. confectioners sugar

Spread on crust.

3 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Nuts (optional)

Mix instant chocolate pudding and pour onto cheese layer. Spread Cool Whip on pudding. Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
