1 box sifted confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. evaporated milk (approx.)
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 squares chocolate (melt butter & chocolate together)

First melt butter and chocolate. Then add other ingredients. Add a few more drops of milk if needed to make the icing spread more smoothly.
